Return and Refund Policy

At PowerGadget, operated by Usama Group Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and retail boxes.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Downloadable software products.

Gift cards.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, you must first contact us via email at support@powergadget.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or the incorrect item was sent, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@powergadget.shop immediately so we can arrange a replacement. Under UK consumer rights, you are protected against faulty goods.
